Kastanie Allé 3 is part of the residential service Kastanie Allé 3,9,11,13 where 20 citizens aged 27-82 live. Several have autistic-like traits and mental health issues, and they need structure and an overview in daily life. Their basic need is an overview where they can get help with an individually tailored daily structure. All citizens have verbal language and are to some extent self-reliant. Some citizens, however, also need help with personal care and transfers.

We prioritize that each citizen feels safe living here. Therefore we place a high value on the individual citizen’s wishes, habits and needs, and the citizens should experience that they are seen, heard and understood. We work to strengthen belief in one’s own resources because we know that positive relationships and recognition help create self-confidence and self-esteem. We work purposefully with self-determination and with involving the individual citizen in what concerns his/her everyday life.

Salary and employment terms

We are seeking an employee who can start on December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Working hours are 37 hours per week, but if you wish for a lower number of hours this can easily be accommodated.

Salary and employment terms are set according to the applicable collective agreement, including the applicable provisions on local pay formation. In addition, after a concrete assessment, qualification and/or function supplements may be agreed depending on the content of the position and your experiences and qualifications.
