Social and health care assistant sought for a permanent day shift in Aarhus

Would you like to use your professional expertise in a close 1:1 arrangement, where you contribute to safety, continuity and a good everyday life? ActivCare is seeking a social and health care assistant for a respiratory team with a client in Aarhus. The position is about 28 hours per week with start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Respiratory monitoring and support in connection with non-invasive respiratory treatment
• Personal care and support with transfers and bathroom visits
• Support in relation to nutrition and medication according to applicable instructions
• Practical tasks in the home, including light cleaning and laundry
• To create a calm, respectful and safe everyday life with attention to the citizen's self-determination

We are looking for you who

• is educated as a social and health care assistant
• works calmly, compassionately and with professional responsibility
• thrives with working independently in the citizen's own home
• has respect for the fact that the workplace is also a private home
• can integrate stably into a small team and contribute to good continuity
• has a driver’s license, as driving in the citizen's adapted car may be part of the job

Working hours

• Approximately 28 hours per week
• Day shifts Monday-Friday 07:00-21:00
• Weekend shifts Saturday-Sunday 08:00-20:00
• Weekend shift approximately every third weekend
• Workplace in Aarhus C, where parking options may be limited
• Start as soon as possible
