Social- and healthcare assistants with professional pride for Flemløse Nursing Home

At Flemløse Nursing Home we are expanding due to the expansion of our guest house, and therefore we are seeking new colleagues. We are looking for two social- and health care assistants for permanent positions with hours by agreement and with the possibility of working every third weekend with an extra weekend over 12 weeks.

Start date January 1, 2027 or earlier, if possible.

About us Flemløse Nursing Home is a dementia home with 27 apartments. In addition, we have a guest house, where citizens with dementia who live in their own home can be admitted for temporary stays.

We work according to Eden Alternative , where relationships, self-determination and quality of life are in focus. We plan the day together with the residents, and we believe that a good life is created through presence, community and small spontaneous initiatives in everyday life. We focus on creating a safe, dignified and meaningful everyday life for our residents and guests. For us, relationships, life stories and the individual resident's resources are the starting point for the care, and we are very conscious that our workplace is the residents’ home.

We are a workplace with high ceilings, where collaboration, responsibility and humor are a natural part of everyday life. We believe that the best solutions are created in collaboration, and that a good working environment is crucial for both employees and residents. Therefore we have close cooperation across the professional groups SSA, SSH, nurses and unskilled. We pull together, and we are proud of it! This applies both in daily life, but also when a colleague has a good idea, such as when our former trainee Josephine came up with organizing a festival for residents , which has now become an annual tradition.

Salary and employment terms Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and based on the principles of local pay formation.
