About the position

We offer a permanent position as of January 1, 2027 for 37 hours per week in day shifts with work every other weekend. If you only want 32 hours, that is also an option.

We are looking for you who

• are trained social and health assistant, preferably with several years of experience
• are keen to take on more responsibility in your daily work
• would like to participate in projects or have a key role in the team
• want to contribute to a good working environment
• are flexible and meet your colleagues with openness
• have a driver’s license (an advantage but not a requirement)
• have experience with Cura – or want to learn it

🔹 You will, among other things

• take care of the many nursing services for our citizens
• provide personal care and practical assistance
• actively contribute with your professional expertise in daily life
• participate in triage meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• help ensure high quality in the care

Our professional approach

We work rehabilitatively with a focus on supporting citizens to be as self-reliant as possible.

We are divided into two teams and cover the western part of Frederikshavn town center and Ingeborgvej. Our team structure means that we get to know the citizens well – and each other even better. We prioritise continuity in task solving so that our citizens do not meet many different colleagues.

You will enter into close multidisciplinary collaboration with, among others, a physiotherapist, nurses and other key personnel.

We hold triage meetings twice a week, as well as daily morning and midday meetings where professionalism is in focus. In addition, we set aside time every other week for professional training in relevant subjects.
