Social and Health Care Assistant for Team 6 in Ballerup Home Care

In Ballerup Home Care we are in full swing working according to the new Elder Law, where the citizen's wishes, self-determination and quality of life are the driving forces. Therefore we are seeking a social and healthcare assistant who wants to be an active part of the development and help create cohesive and meaningful paths for our citizens in Måløv.

In addition, we have a strong professional setup around us

• Nurses are attached to the team daily, so you always have sparring close by
• Admissions and training therapists are out weekly, so we ensure updated and coherent citizen pathways
• We have daily triage and a common lunch, because quality and well-being are created in community and because no one should eat their rye bread alone, unless they insist.

The new Elder Law gives us the opportunity to think more flexibly and place the citizen's needs before fixed services. Therefore your observations, your professionalism and your ideas are an important part of our everyday life.

Your most important tasks

At Team 6 we believe that the best solutions are created together and close to the citizen. We work in fixed mini-teams, where social- and health care assistants, social- and health care assistants and unskilled workers collaborate about the citizens in the local area. It provides security, continuity and strong relationships both for the citizens and for us as colleagues.

Who are we

Team 6 covers Måløv and consists of skilled and dedicated colleagues with different competencies. We help each other, lift as a team and always have the citizen at the center. We are a team that can be both professional, present, and humorous even on days when the printer jams, the emergency bell rings, and a citizen wants to show pictures of their grandchild's confirmation mid-bath.

Employment process and salary

The start date is as soon as possible.

The position is, as a rule, 37 hours and is a permanent position.

We offer salary and terms of employment according to the collective agreement for social- and health care assistants in municipalities and according to the principles of local pay formation and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position is DKK 29,539 - 37,200 per month (37 hours)

The salary depends on negotiation between the manager and the professional organization that has the right to negotiate for the applicable collective agreement.

The composition of the salary depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
