About the job

Can you see yourself in an open office, filled with thoughtful and ambitious colleagues who often leave a gadget or a note on your desk because it reminded them of you?

Then look to us in Halsnæs. For we mean it when we say that the vision is to become North Zealand's best workplace with a focus on development, learning, community, and care.

You will enter an exciting and professionally active learning environment, where the focus on the LØFT method, professional judgment, cross-disciplinary perspectives, and task flexibility across roles is a major shared focus.

For us, that means

  • We actively and ambitiously work to articulate our work in employment-related professionalism.
  • We work purposefully with learning and reflexive practice
  • We want open dialogue about flexibility so life phases and working life go hand in hand
  • We prioritize healthy breaks in our green surroundings
  • We have healthy and action-oriented learning environments. We create this with a focus on our culture, which centers around cohesion, security, and trust in each other.
  • We work methodically with LØFT and prioritize supervision and learning of this method.

Among other things, this contributes to us successfully getting people back to work each day in a respectful way. Our driving force is co-creation with both citizens, colleagues, and partners. We can do that because our collaboration takes place within a framework where we are inspired by each other with great trust and security.

We have a strong focus for all citizen groups in the employment effort on the company-focused approach, paid hours, rapid progression in the programs, and together with retention consultants, job brokers and partners, close collaboration with local businesses.

Your tasks will include

  • Employment-oriented motivation work for sick-listed citizens
  • Actively engage in reflexive practice – give and receive feedback
  • Engage in developing cross-disciplinary dialogues with our many internal and external partners
  • Conduct follow-up conversations with clear goals and plans, assessments and decisions with a respectful basis in the framework of the Administrative Act
  • Support citizens in drafting learning plans and new perspectives on the labor market
  • Work with relevant legally required administration under the Act on an Active Employment Effort
  • Prepare cases for flexible jobs and disability pensions for the social-medical department

About you

You are preferably educated as a social worker or social mediator, but you may also have another relevant educational background.

As a person, you are empathetic, systematic, and structured, and as a colleague you contribute to the community; both the professional and the social. Our basis is our professional practice and our shared core task.

We place a high value on humor, well-being, and job satisfaction and have an atmosphere where we see and support each other, whether you need a pat on the shoulder, professional sparring, or a good laugh. We are a department full of life; always with a foundation in good intentions towards each other and towards our citizens.

In our department there is a strong priority on a productive sparring space where both new and experienced colleagues experience support, openness, and backing in daily task solving. Therefore, we expect you to be curious about your own, colleagues', and other administrations’ professional bases.

About us

We are a large department with 13 caseworkers, 2 retention consultants, 1 IPS consultant, 2 Citizen Consultants, 2 job brokers, 1 subject specialist, 1 administrative employee, and 1 department head.
