SocialNetværket is seeking relief workers with experience from the social-pedagogical area

Do you have a relevant social- or health-related education and experience with children and young people with complex support needs? Can you create a sense of security, work in a structured manner and remain calm in challenging situations? Then we are seeking relief workers for our departments in the Triangle Area.

About the assignment

At SocialNetværket we work with children and young people who need present adults, clear frameworks and a predictable everyday life. As a relief worker you join the daily work and are responsible for following the individual department's structure, agreements and pedagogical approaches.

Your tasks include, among other things

• To create secure relationships and support the child or the young person in everyday activities.
• To maintain structure and work according to the agreed pedagogical goals.
• To prevent and manage conflicts with a calm and validating approach.
• To handle practical tasks as part of everyday life.
• To document professionally and ensure relevant handover to colleagues.

We expect that you

• Are educated as a pedagogue, pedagogical assistant, social- and health care assistant or have another relevant professional education.
• Have experience from the specialized social sector and with the target group.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for task solving.
• Follow the established structure and seek sparring when there is a need for it.
• Are stable, clear and respectful in your collaboration with both children, young people and colleagues.
• Can express yourself professionally and properly in written documentation.

We are seeking relief workers for shifts including holidays, illness and other absence. Working hours vary between departments and may include day, evening, night and 24-hour shifts as well as weekends.

It is a requirement that a clean child and criminal record check can be obtained.
