Sous-Chef for Landbrugscenter Vendsyssel

Then you now have an exciting opportunity to become sous-chef at Sparekassen Danmarks Landbrugscenter in Vendsyssel.

In the savings bank we place agriculture highly, as it constitutes a significant part of our lending, and we have for many years had a close relationship with local farmers. Agriculture faces major changes, which require a financial partner who understands the development and challenges, but also sees the opportunities in the sector.

About the job

You will become part of the department's management and will work closely with the newly appointed head of department René Nedergaard.

The position is a combination of management and client responsibility. You will therefore have responsibility for developing the employees and for your own client portfolio.

Your workplace is at the savings bank's headquarters in Vrå, where you have easy access to sparring and collaboration with other specialist units.

In your daily work you take initiative and aim to create a good balance between high employee engagement and good development in the business scope. At the same time you contribute to good customer experiences and the building of long-term customer relationships.

You will also play an important role as a sparring partner for the department's agricultural account managers, where you together discuss customer cases and develop the best solutions for the customers.

What you need to know to do well in the role

• You have experience advising business customers, and preferably agricultural customers
• You are motivated to work with leadership and development
• You thrive in a varied daily life, where you are both in the office and on the road
• You are good at building relationships and networking
• You can achieve good results, both independently and in collaboration with others
• You can make decisions and initiate actions based on sound judgement.

The position is, in principle, a full-time role of 37 hours, where you will experience great flexibility and freedom to plan your daily life so that it fits with life outside the job.

About the team

We are currently 16 people in the team. Here you can see who your future colleagues will be.

In the team we have an informal tone, and we use each other daily for professional sparring and knowledge sharing. We plan our own workday, and we are always ready to step in when needed.

We place a lot of emphasis on it being developmental and fun to go to work. Therefore we also do things together that make our relationships with one another even better.
