Your role

As Sous‑Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef. It is your job to manage and lead the restaurant’s kitchen production when the Head Chef is not present. You are responsible for ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently, and that guest service, hygiene, and productivity follow Pincho Nation’s standards, as well as the rest of the kitchen staff. As Sous‑Chef you get the chance to develop both your team, and the employees individually. One of our core values is “people before business" .
