About the job

Do you have a sense for both strategy and operations, strong coordination skills, and a desire to influence the development of health administrative work? Then you might be one of the two to three sous-chefs we are looking for in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUA) in the Central Denmark Region.

The health administrative management is being expanded from one to two leaders, and we are seeking sous-chefs who can support the management in the professional operation and translate strategic initiatives and projects into practice. You will be responsible for driving projects on the management's mandate and, in selected tasks, will serve as deputy in the management's absence. The position does not involve independent personnel responsibility.

You will become a central part of the work to coordinate and prioritize daily operations – both within the individual teams and across BUA. This includes, among other things, distributing tasks, harmonizing workflows, and ensuring knowledge sharing in close cooperation with management, heads of function, sous-chefs, and colleagues.

We are targeted at reducing the waiting time for our patients. Therefore you will also play an important role in developing and optimizing workflows to ensure efficient operations and the best possible patient pathways.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a good overview and thrives on creating structure, prioritizing, and planning. You can view tasks in a larger perspective, ensure progress, and make sure things are followed through to the end.

You are motivated by developing both workflows and professional expertise and you want to support teams with a high degree of independence in task solving. You have an eye for quality and details – and an interest in registration, guidelines, and consistent administrative processes is a clear advantage.

Your daily life at BUA

BUA is characterized by a busy everyday life, high professional standards, and good collaboration across professional groups. We place emphasis on quality, independence, and a positive approach to the tasks – and on continually developing our competences and collaboration.

You will have close collaboration with the health administrative management as well as BUA’s other functional leaders and sous-chefs. In the first months you will work closely with colleagues in the different teams, so you gain solid knowledge of the organization, tasks, and workflows.

The position requires regular presence at all of BUA’s sites: AUH, Viborg and Gødstrup.

If you want to take responsibility for coordination, development, and quality in the health administrative work – and help set the direction for BUA across the Central Denmark Region? Then we look forward to hearing from you.
