At Toto Kitchen , a restaurant in Hillerød specializing in Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist, we are looking for a talented, dedicated, and responsible Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for great food, quality ingredients, and teamwork, and who wants to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests every day.

Your responsibilities

• Help manage and organize daily kitchen operations.
• Work closely with the Head Chef on planning and coordination.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and consistency.
• Ensure proper kitchen procedures, hygiene, stock control, and food safety standards.
• Support, motivate, and guide your colleagues during busy services.
• Contribute creative ideas and help develop our kitchen and menu.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced chef ready to take the next step.
• A genuine passion for cooking, quality food, and fresh ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
• A positive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• The ability to work independently while being part of a strong team.
