We are close to and in practice, collaborate to support children in distress and vulnerable positions as close as possible to the ordinary environment. We work systemically based on the context of the learning environment and the relationships around the child, as we believe that children, in themselves, are not to blame for their position. We work consultatively, preventative and supportive, which means that you will work in different day care centers in close collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues from PPR, colleagues from the team and the immediate supervisor/manager.

- operate in a structure and organization that presupposes you can work both independently and engage in a committed collaboration with day care centers, colleagues across PPR and your own team, focusing on the professional core task.
- participate in and contribute to professional sparring and feedback with a focus on the learning practice.
Our expectations of you
- that you have an educational degree, and several years of experience as an educator from general practice, possibly as a special educator in the 0-6 year age group.

- that you can put yourself to work both in practice and in a guiding/advocating role.
- that you are motivated by and strong in translating theory into practice, so that the pedagogical staff experiences new inspiration, and the children achieve better well-being.
- that you have good communication skills and personal impact both in writing and speaking.
- that you have knowledge of facilitating change processes and pedagogical development, using systemic methods such as systemic analysis of learning environments (SAL) and action learning (AL).
