Special kindergarten Bjerget is seeking an educator until August 2027

Do you want to help create development and strong communities for children with special needs?

We are looking for an engaged educator or an educational assistant who is passionate about special education and wishes to make a difference for children aged 0-6 years. The position is a temporary role of 32-37 hours per week, as soon as possible, and until August 2027.

Bjerget is a §82 institution under the Social Services Act and houses children aged 0-6 with special needs that are not accommodated in the general provisions. We have children spread across four rooms and a close interdisciplinary collaboration between educators, therapists, management and other professionals. With us you will meet children with, among other things, autism spectrum disorders and multiple disabilities. Every day we work to create safe conditions, development opportunities and meaningful communities for each child.

• Are a trained educator
• Have an interest in or experience with the special education area
• See potentials rather than limitations in the children
• Thrive in an environment with high professionalism and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Are curious and open to sparring and reflection
• Place a high value on good parental collaboration
• Can express yourself in writing in the work with documentation
