In return, we expect you to

• Have completed SSA training
• Have high professional standards, be reflective and want to influence the development in Home Care and Nursing
• Have a high generalist level and be able to deliver services to citizens with complex and multifaceted needs
• Have well-developed IT competencies and a high level of written documentation, as we consider documentation to be an important basis for ensuring high professionalism and continuity in the approach to citizens
• Be able to communicate nursing care to citizens, relatives, colleagues and your partners
• Be able to work both independently and in a team-based setting
• Have a desire to work in an organization in development, where your own professional development is in play
• Experience with and interest in working from the rehabilitative approach
• Be punctual and contribute to a good working environment physically as well as mentally
• Hold a driving license

We can currently offer the following position

Several permanent positions as of January 1, 2027 or by agreement for 37 hours. The position includes 2 - 3 weekend shifts on a 6-week rotation.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with the professional organization. References from previous employment will be collected if you are considered for the position.
