We are seeking a social- and health care assistant for Botilbud Baunegården with start date January 1, 2027.

The position is as a rule 37 hours per week. If you have wishes for a different number of hours, we are open to dialogue about a solution that fits both you and the workplace.

Who are we

Baunegården is a social-psychiatric 24-hour facility for adults with severe mental health challenges and complex social problems. Residents may, among other things, have concurrent challenges with mental illness, substances and self-harm as well as substantial support needs.

Everyday life therefore requires health professionalism, relationship skills, calm and a holistic view of the whole person.

We are a multidisciplinary workplace with among others social- and health care assistants, nurses, social pedagogues and occupational therapists. As a social- and health care assistant you will be an important part of a professional community, where the health and social care efforts are integrated around the individual citizen.

Your health-professional skills must come into play

With us you get the opportunity to use your health-professional skills in a daily life where residents' mental, physical and social problems are often closely linked. Baunegården provides nursing services, and you will participate in the collaboration on the health-care tasks. The relationship with the resident is equally central. We work recovery-oriented and take the resident's own wishes, hopes, dreams and resources as the starting point.

The goal is to support as much influence, mastery and meaning in one's own life as possible. That means you should not only be focused on what the resident needs help with, but also on how your professional skills can support the resident in mastering as much as possible themselves.

At Baunegården we work purposefully with a common professional direction. Recovery-oriented rehabilitation, LA2 and a neuro-pedagogical foundation are central elements in our practice. We believe that different professional backgrounds make each other better.
