We are looking for 2 skilled and caring colleagues with start 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

Your working hours will be in the evening shift with occasional shifts in either day or night shift. You obviously have influence on this so that your work life and private life can function. You can also choose to have mixed shifts if that fits your private life best. Weekend shift every 2nd weekend. There may be an opportunity for every 3rd weekend.

The position is intended to be between 28-37 hours on average per week, according to your wishes.

At Søndergården 27 residents live in a fantastic location in the middle of Brædstrup town. Søndergården is a somatic care home and has no respite or sheltered places, which gives us good opportunities for resident presence, as we get to know our residents and their relatives well.

We have about 25 permanent staff and 10 substitutes, distributed across various professional groups. Our common core task is to create the best daily life for our residents.

We do not do resident tasks, we create a daily life together with our residents, carried by care and professionalism.
