An exciting position awaits at a fantastic small elderly care center!

As our valued colleague retires, we are seeking an engaged and professionally strong Social and Health Assistant for a position of up to 37 hours per week.

The position comprises mixed day and evening shifts, as well as a fixed evening shift every 2nd weekend. If you want fewer hours, we would also love to hear from you.

About us

Åstruplund is a close-knit elderly care center with 18 homes, including 2 temporary placements, as well as an affiliated home care team and day center.

We are a house with short decision-making paths, strong community, and great flexibility. Here we help each other, and we work from the fundamental idea that quality of life is created through a meaningful and dignified everyday life for the individual resident.

We have a large and active volunteer network that contributes to life in the house, and we place emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration, development and high professional standards.

As an SSA at Åstruplund you will have a central role in everyday life. You help create an overview, coordinate tasks, ensure quality in documentation and support the interdisciplinary collaboration around the residents.

We expect that you

• Are educated as Social- and Health Assistant
• Are reliable and responsible
• Have a driver's license (required)
• Are flexible and willing to help across shifts during illness and holiday rotation
