As we are so lucky that several of our colleagues are going into training, we are now seeking new colleagues for our team.

About the job

We offer a permanent position of 37 hours/week with mixed day and evening shifts, so you can experience the place where coziness and care go hand in hand with laughter and good collegial atmosphere - regardless of whether it is light or dark outside.

You will primarily work either in our secured department or on the ordinary units – but of course we help each other across the houses. Teamwork is not just a word here.

About Præstemarken

We are located in the scenic Stubbekøbing, and our nursing home consists of 6 houses with 10 apartments each. Two of the houses are secured and have their own enclosed garden – perfect for short walks, chats and big smiles. We work based on the principle that the citizen is at the center , and we strive to create a daily life with liveliness, presence and meaning.

We imagine that you

• Are educated as a social- and health care assistant, social- and health care helper or another health professional education.
• Have experience with or interest in dementia and mental vulnerability.
• Value good documentation.
• Are curious, flexible and reliable.
• Can keep an overview, even when juggling several tasks.
• Have good energy, humor and a desire to make a good workplace even better.
