Social and Health Care Assistant for Evening Shift at Demenscenter Kristiansminde

Are you passionate about creating safety, quality of life and meaningful everyday lives for people with dementia? Then you may be our new colleague at Demenscenter Kristiansminde in Roskilde Municipality.

We are a specialized dementia center with five houses and 100 residences. Here we work cross-disciplinary and with high professional standards. We expect to become Marte Meo-certified at the beginning of November 2027 , and you will have the opportunity to develop both your pedagogical and health-care competencies.

About the job You will become part of a mini-team in House 4, where 20 residents live . Together with your colleagues, you will participate in daily care and work closely around the residents to create continuity, safety and quality of life. If needed, you must also be ready to take on nursing tasks in the center's other houses.

Shifts are from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM according to the following rotation

• Even weeks: Wednesday and Thursday
• Odd weeks: Wednesday to Sunday

The position is therefore on average 28 hours per week .

• is trained as a social- and health care assistant
• has experience with or an interest in the dementia field
• works independently while actively contributing to the community
• is flexible, curious and creative in meeting the residents
• can maintain an overview and see opportunities in an unpredictable daily life
