We are seeking

• Social- and health care assistants (SSA)
• Social- and health care helpers (SSH)
• Nurses
• Occupational therapists
• Unskilled workers with documented experience from nursing homes or elder care

The most important for us is that you have experience with care and support of elderly citizens and can work professionally, compassionately and independently. You should thrive in an environment where the citizen's dignity, quality of life and individual needs are at the center.

We are looking for staff who can step in for both planned and urgent shifts, and who wish to make a positive difference for residents through presence, professionalism and engagement.

About the job

You will become part of a nursing home where your tasks will among other things consist of:

• Personal care and support
• Assistance with daily activities and practical tasks
• Observation of residents' well-being and health status
• Documentation in relevant systems
• Transfers using appropriate aids
• Collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure the best possible care
• Contribute to a safe, dignified and respectful environment for residents

We expect that you

• Have experience from nursing homes, home care or elderly care
• Have a professional and caring approach to care tasks
• Have experience with personal care tasks and transfers
• Are familiar with the use of overhead lifts, hoists or other relevant aids
• Are reliable, responsible and flexible
• Can work independently and at the same time actively participate in multidisciplinary collaboration
• Are approachable, respectful and professional in interactions with residents, relatives and colleagues
• Can present a clean criminal record
