Development is a key word for us, and we offer ongoing competence development within relevant areas. We are curious and continuously work on various development projects that should help us be prepared for the challenges in the elderly and health sector.

  • The rehabilitative mindset: We support citizens in mastering daily life
  • Electronic documentation: We document via our care system Nexus
  • And much more as is expected and called for in everyday life

In addition to your professional competencies, we also place high value on your personal competencies

There are rarely two days that are the same in home care. You can expect that it is often busy and therefore it is important that you thrive in a high tempo. Both citizens, their relatives and your colleagues depend on you and your efforts. Therefore it is important that you are reliable and flexible. We work together as a team and strive to make an effort every day and we work together to achieve our common goal; to give our citizens the best possibilities for a good and dignified life.
