About the job

As a field social- and health care assistant you play a central role in the citizens’ daily life. You:

• become part of a team where we help each other and raise tasks together

• meet citizens with care, patience and a positive view of people
• contribute to a good work environment with humor, helpfulness and good collegiality

Our 550 valued employees are spread across 12 districts and 25 teams. You will work together with social- and health care assistants, social- and health care assistants, cleaning staff, nurses, visitators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, team coordinators, cross-field process coordinators and your district leader.

Salary and employment terms

• Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement
• The position is permanent and generally 37 hours per week. At the applicant's initiative a concrete dialogue about the employment rate can be held
• Primarily day shift with weekend work every second weekend
• Work location: Nygade 23C, 6200 Aabenraa
• Start: as soon as possible and no later than 1 January 2027
