The position

On behalf of Dan-Foam, AMBIZZION is seeking a Project Engineer for the Engineering team of 5 people. As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for leading investment projects on machines, equipment and technical installations – from idea to final handover. You will work closely with Engineering, production and external suppliers to ensure that the projects are carried out with a focus on innovation, quality, timeline and KPIs. Your workplace will be Dan-Foam in Aarup on Funen, and you will report to the Engineering Manager.

Your primary tasks

• Project management of investment projects on machines, equipment and technical installations.
• Preparation of requirement specifications, technical reviews and documentation.
• Ensure execution of projects in accordance with the timeline, budget and established processes.
• Implementation of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and suppliers to maintain a world-class production.
• Compliance with safety and ergonomics procedures.

We are looking for someone who has

• A technical education, e.g., mechanical engineer, maskinmester, production engineer or equivalent technical education.
• Several years' experience in project management from a manufacturing/production company or machine design.
• Experience with project management and implementation of production equipment.
• Familiarity with project management methods and tools.
• Good English skills in writing and speaking (corporate language) and familiarity with IT and production systems.
• General knowledge of electrical equipment on machines, the Machinery Directive, and typical technical documentation, etc.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
