As store manager in 365discount you are responsible for both people, operations and results in your store. In a city store the tempo is high, customer flow is large and everyday life demands clear leadership and strong structure.

Your role

As store manager

• you run a store with high tempo and solid results
• lead and develop your team in everyday life
• work structurally with our concepts, including our leadership concept “Best for Basics”
• ensure strong execution and great customer experiences
• develop employees and spot new leadership talents

We imagine that you

May already be working in retail or groceries. You are at least a skilled leader who has experience running a store or an area with responsibility for both operations and employees.

You have created results through strong operations, daily structure and by developing the people you lead.

You enjoy a daily life with tempo, responsibility and clear goals, and are motivated by building a strong team that together delivers good results.
