In Imerco Vejle, Nørregade we are seeking a new store manager.

In your role as leader you will have a daily life with great influence on daily operations and the development of your team. Through local initiatives you should also put your own mark on the store and lead the store's growth.

Your areas of responsibility include, among other things

• Set the direction for store operations and achieve strong results through targeted sales efforts
• Follow up on sales results, key figures and budgets
• Motivating employees through coaching, sparring and targeted feedback with a focus on sales and great customer experiences
• Ensure an inspiring, sales-ready and inviting store
• Handling smaller administrative tasks, including recruitment and staffing planning
