Store manager for Cookies by Ejvinds – join us in opening our very first cookie shop in Aarhus!

Do you love leading a store where quality, good service and strong operations go hand in hand? Do you have experience as a leader – and a desire to be involved from the very beginning when we open our first Cookies by Ejvinds in the middle of Aarhus?

Then it might be you who should be the leader who builds the foundation for our new concept and creates a store that becomes known for the scent of freshly baked cookies, barista coffee and good energy.

About the role

The premises are being prepared, the ovens warming up soon – and you will be the person who makes it all work. As Store Manager you will have overall responsibility for operations, structure and staff. You are on the floor, you lead with presence, and you create a culture where both guests and employees feel at home.

You get freedom with responsibility, great influence on daily life and the possibility to shape a completely new team from the ground up.

Your responsibilities

• Daily operations and personnel management
• Shift planning and handling of sickness absences
• Inventory ordering, replenishment and coordination of daily operations
• To ensure that the store always appears clean, inviting and ready for guests
• Customer service – including barista coffee, Cookie Shakes, cookies and ice desserts
• Training, motivation and development of employees
• Recruitment in collaboration with HR
• To lead by example as a strong role model in daily life

Working hours & start

• Start 1 November
• You are also involved in shaping the framework for your working hours. As long as the operations run smoothly, you help decide how many hours you are employed for, and when you are physically present in the store.

Salary and employment

We follow the collective agreement, and the salary is negotiated based on qualifications and reflects that this is a position with responsibility, operations and leadership. We are happy to wait for the right candidate – both competencies and chemistry must be a good match.
