About the job

We have a vacancy as a pedagogical assistant as of December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

As a rule it is 37 hours.

You will be working with the loveliest children aged 0-3 years—in a staff group with great commitment and a positive approach to the tasks.

Your profile

We are looking for an assistant who;

• has the will and courage to learn new things
• is stable and takes responsibility
• is passionate about working with 0-3 year olds
• enjoys being outdoors – even in mud and puddles
• is present and has an appreciative approach to children, parents and colleagues
• can remain calm and keep an overview in stressful situations.

Experience with children is an advantage, but not a requirement

We are a nursery with 52 children spread across 4 rooms. We have good indoor facilities and a large green playground that we use in all weather.

In the staff group we strive to have an appreciative and inclusive approach to both children and adults.

The pedagogical work in Storkereden takes its starting point from the children's different development stages, and our goal is to create a daily life for the children with security, challenges and joy.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the current collective agreement. Final pay setting takes place after negotiation with the union with negotiating rights based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement that can form the basis for the salary setting

Weekly hours: 37
