About the job | Strategy Manager in Commercial Lines

• Support the development, detailing and operationalization of the 2030 strategy
• Drive and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives across Commercial Lines in Denmark and the Nordics
• Prepare both quantitative and qualitative analyses that underpin strategic decisions and recommendations
• Ensure progress, governance and follow-up on central strategic initiatives
• Prepare and present high-quality decision papers and presentations to the Commercial Lines leadership and other relevant stakeholders
• Translate complex problems and data into clear messages, recommendations and action plans

About you | Strategic mindset with a focus on execution

We are looking for you who combine strong analytical skills with the ability to create progress and results. You have experience from top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, business development or a comparable strategic role in a larger company. Experience from B2B business, financial services or the insurance industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Tryg is Scandinavia's largest property and casualty insurer. You will become part of the Strategy & Execution team, which drives the strategic agenda in Commercial Lines, Tryg's corporate and industrial business. We support strategy, development and execution across the business.

You will be part of Strategy & Execution, a team consisting of Business Partners, Strategy Managers and PMO profiles. On a daily basis, we work closely with the business and drive strategic initiatives across Commercial Lines. Although many of us are engaged in different projects, we value a professional community with ongoing sparring, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
