About the job

Are you an ambitious law student, cand.merc.jur. student, or similar student with an interest in IT security and compliance? Do you want to translate your theoretical knowledge into practice in a modern IT company with historic surroundings at Charlottenlund Castle?

As a student assistant with us, you will gain practical experience in IT security and compliance as well as insight into working with, among other things, contracts, ISO 27001, GDPR, governance and Danish and European regulation. You will have the opportunity to translate legal theory into concrete, business-oriented solutions and develop your competencies in a professional, yet informal working environment.

Compliance and IT security student at Edora

Do you have ambitions to make a difference and contribute to the development of society-critical IT solutions in Denmark? At Edora we develop innovative, intuitive and effective IT solutions for public institutions and private companies. Our focus on quality, professionalism and innovation has created a portfolio with larger public authorities, and now we are looking for you who want to help strengthen our compliance work and handling of IT security.

You will become an important sparring partner for our compliance officer and will have the opportunity to work with information security, implementation of ISO 27001, contract review and other compliance tasks. At the same time, you will collaborate with our project manager and provide legal and compliance-related support in our projects.

We offer a flexible arrangement with 1–2 workdays per week, corresponding to 10–12 hours, with the possibility of more hours in certain periods. Working hours can be adjusted to fit your studies and exam periods.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist with compliance and regulatory tasks, including GDPR, ISO 27001, CER and NIS2
  • Prepare and review contracts and agreements
  • Assist with practical tasks and legal questions in our projects and compliance work
  • Support document management and other ad hoc tasks

We offer

  • A diverse and educational position with responsibility and the opportunity for personal development.
  • Hands-on experience with compliance and law in a professional context where you can see your ideas come to life.
  • Close collaboration with experienced, passionate colleagues who are ready to spar with and support you.
  • A flexible work week adjusted to your studies.
  • Opportunity to contribute to projects with great societal relevance.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are studying law, cand.merc.jur., or a similarly relevant education and are at least in your second year of studies.

We value that you

  • Have an interest in compliance, IT security and legal issues.
  • Work in a structured, analytical and detail-oriented manner.
  • Are responsible, proactive and thrive with both independent tasks and collaboration.
  • Communicate clearly and precisely in Danish, both in writing and verbally.
  • Are familiar with Microsoft Office and have experience using ChatGPT.

We value a positive and outgoing approach and believe that a strong theoretical foundation combined with independence and initiative is the key to success. With us you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in an environment where your effort makes a difference.
