About the job

Would you like to get your foot in the door of the Tax Agency's legal areas, and do you thrive on professional challenges and diverse tasks? Can you work independently and in a structured way with a strong focus on detail? And do you enjoy being part of a team where there is often pace, but also room for good laughs? Then this might be you we are looking for.

The Jura Leadership Secretariat is currently seeking skilled and engaged student assistants for legal tasks and management support.

Your tasks

As a student assistant with us, your primary task will be anonymising and publishing judgments for use, among other things, in The Legal Guidance – a task that, among other things, contributes to broad knowledge of the legislation within the Ministry of Taxation and Growth area, provides insight into legal information processing and text comprehension, etc. In addition, depending on competencies, interest and time, you will have the opportunity to support the office in other tasks.

This can include e.g. handling cases, helping to organise larger events within the field, etc. Part of the work will take place in close collaboration with your colleagues, including our two current students. As a student in the Leadership Secretariat, you will gain insight into the many varied tasks within the field, as well as an organizational overview of and insight into Denmark's largest agency.

You must be able to work both independently and with others, and you should see the positive in a workday where sometimes you will need to do something other than what was originally planned.

Who are you

You are in the process of a higher education degree in law, social sciences or similar. We would like you to have at least a couple of years remaining of your studies. You are academically strong and have a positive approach to tasks and new challenges.

It is also important for us that you

  • Have a high professional level
  • Take responsibility for the tasks you are to solve and ensure they are of high quality
  • _can work on multiple tasks at once, keep an overview and at the same time have an eye for detail and sometimes tight deadlines
  • Are independent, proactive and results-oriented – so you and we reach our goals
  • Are a good colleague who is willing to help where needed, and value being part of a team that likes to make each other look good

A little about us

You will become part of the Hearing Team in the Leadership Secretariat, which is part of the Jura department. The entire department consists of about 440 employees. In our office we are 12 colleagues, and our primary task is to support Jura's leadership both in daily operations and in the development of the field.

Application and employment terms

Applications with CV and copies of exam certificates or grade transcripts should be sent via the link "Apply for the position" no later than Sunday 18 October 2026. Start date as soon as possible.

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact team leader Lena Skouv Møller at telephone 72 38 85 36.

We expect to conduct interviews as soon as possible after the application deadline, and a case may be included in the recruitment process.

The working hours are about 15 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods.

References and a criminal record certificate will be requested before employment.

If you progress to employment in the recruitment process, please note that we conduct a check to see whether you have debts that have been sent to collection by the public authorities. We also check whether you have settled control and/or criminal cases in the tax and duty area. Your employment is conditional on us not finding information about you that is incompatible with employment in the Ministry of Taxation and Growth.

Wages and terms of employment are in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees’ Organization – The Civil Service Area and the Circular on the organizational agreement for Office Clerks, Lab Technicians, IT Employees (HK) in the State.
