You will be responsible for coordinating projects, preparing analyses and delivering results in close collaboration with your team. Your tasks

As a supervisor you will take on a role with many hats

• Planning and coordination of projects and tasks
• Analytical work based on data and feedback
• Hiring, training and sparring with interviewers

What is the supervisor position like?

"I am super happy for the opportunity to give school lectures to a large audience. The lectures contribute to my own self-development, where I no longer fear oral exams or performing for others. In addition, it is a great way to pass knowledge on to others, where I can particularly see how the work of an analysis institute is used in practice.

Who are you?

You don’t need to have leadership experience in advance – we’ll teach you what you need to know. We expect you to:

• Be enrolled in a higher education program
• Thrive with responsibility and be able to take tasks to the finish
• Be analytical, organized and good at collaboration
• Not be afraid to jump in when there is a need for you

Practical

• 15-20 hours per week
• Shifts available in: weekdays 8:00–22:00 and weekends 11:00–19:00 (distributed across the team)
• Salary according to qualifications
• Start: as soon as possible

Voxmeter A/S was founded in 1997 and is an independent, Danish-owned company. Voxmeter has its headquarters in Copenhagen and has had a programming department in Vietnam since 2003. We employ about 30 staff as well as 150 interviewers. In addition, we have close partners, both in Denmark and abroad. In 2022, Voxmeter donated 1.3 million DKK to a wide range of aid organizations in Denmark.
