Would you like to work at the intersection of analysis, partner development and operations in one of Denmark's largest insurance groups?

At Alm. Brand Group we are looking for a curious and independent student assistant for Partner Management in Motor Damage.

Here you will be part of the team behind our network of workshops and have the opportunity to work closely with the business, including analysis, data and development of our partner collaborations. You will have your own tasks and will at the same time be involved in the ongoing improvements that help create a good experience for our customers when they have had a claim.

A little about us and the area

Alm. Brand Group is one of Denmark's largest claims insurance groups with more than 800,000 customers.

In Motor Damage we work to create a simple, fast and safe experience for our car insurance customers when they have had a claim. An important part of that is our collaboration with the workshops in our partner network.

The Motor Damage area is in great development. New workshop concepts, technologies, specialisations and more sustainable repair methods set new demands on our partner network. Therefore, we continuously work to develop the network and ensure that it keeps pace with both customers' needs and market development.

Your tasks

You will have a diverse daily life, where you will both work with data and analysis and with the more operation-oriented tasks that make our partner network function in practice. You will have your own areas of responsibility, but will also solve tasks together with the rest of the team.

You will among other things

• maintain and quality-assure data about our partners across systems
• analyse partner performance, capacity and geographical coverage and translate data into smaller analyses and decision briefs
• work with our reporting foundation, including Excel and Power BI
• follow up on customer complaints and customer satisfaction and contribute to finding opportunities for improvements
• be in dialogue with our workshops and contribute to developing workflows, guidelines and collaboration in our partner network
• contribute with ideas for improvements of the collaboration with our partner network.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have 1-2 years left of a relevant higher education programme in fields such as economics, business, IT or analytics. But your specific study track is not decisive for us.

The most important is that you are curious, analytical and enjoy bringing structure to data and details. You take responsibility for your tasks, seek solutions yourself and thrive in a daily life where some tasks require deep dive and analysis, while others are more practical and administrative.

We also hope that you

• have good Excel skills and a possible interest in Power BI
• communicate clearly and professionally with various partners
• are eager to learn more about analytics, partner management and business development

If you have an interest in cars, workshops or the insurance industry, that is certainly an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important is that you are curious about the area and want to get to know it.

The practical

The position is about 20 hours per week. We prefer that you have the opportunity to work full days instead of only afternoons, and we will of course schedule the work hours with regard to your studies and examination periods.

Your daily life will primarily be in the office, but there will also be an opportunity for remote work.
