Home Care Vejen South is a company where you will have the opportunity to make a decisive difference in the lives of elderly citizens as a weekend substitute. You will be an important part of our team, ensuring continuity and security for our citizens in their own homes. Your primary task as a substitute will be to step in when our permanent staff are off or absent.

Your primary areas of responsibility will include

• Care and support:

You will be responsible for delivering quality care and support to the citizen in their own home. This includes personal hygiene, medication administration, nutrition and other daily care needs. It is expected that you have an empathetic and respectful approach to your caregiving practice.

• Collaboration with the citizen:

You will work closely with the citizen to ensure that their individual needs and wishes are met. This involves actively listening to their wishes and preferences, communicating effectively and establishing a trusting relationship. Your ability to create a positive and supportive atmosphere will be crucial to increasing the citizen\'s well-being. You must be aware of any changes in the citizen\'s health status and report these to relevant parties.

About you

We are looking for a person who is responsible and committed to working as a substitute in home care. It is not essential that you have experience, but most importantly that you have the desire for the field and the heart in the right place. You will receive a thorough introduction.
