Jernholtparken has 55 homes, where the residents mainly have age-related functional impairments. We are very focused on the team mentality, and we view each other and the residents in terms of resources and competencies.

We are a large multidisciplinary team consisting of social and health helpers, social and health assistants, nursing assistants, activity staff, center nurse, housekeepers, center doctor and substitutes.

We work purposefully to prevent hospital admissions in agreement with residents, relatives, own doctor and e-hospital and we are aware that Jernholtparken is both a home and a workplace.
