Plejecenter Rolighedsparken is seeking a social and healthcare assistant for a permanent evening shift position from December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible

Are you ready for new challenges, and trained as a Social- and Health Helper, then we at Rolighedsparken are looking for you for our vacant evening shift position

We are looking for you from 01.12.2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. If you can start already now, that is also an option. The position's hours amount to 28 hours on average per week, with work every other weekend.

Rolighedsparken is a care home situated in the heart of Ikast, Rolighedsparken has 57 residential beds. We work with person-centered care, focusing on the good everyday life for the individual resident. We strive to create a safe framework for the individual resident. We work from a rehabilitative approach.

You will join a team with a small group of residents, where you will work closely with other colleagues (SSA, SSH and substitutes).

We expect

• that you are trained as an SSH
• that you can work independently within your own area of competence
• that you are passionate about care and nursing and have a rehabilitative mindset
• that you are proactive and engaged
• that you want to be trained in person-centered care in practice, and will use the theory in practice
• that you are familiar with electronic documentation, and use it as a professional tool
• that you value the good collaboration with relatives and colleagues
• that you are reliable

Salary and terms of employment

Agreement on salary and employment terms takes place according to the applicable collective agreement with the trade union organization.
