We are looking for a new colleague for our resource team with an interest in the special education field for our upper grades, 8th and 9th grade. Your employment is 21 hours per week with start as soon as possible. The position is fixed-term until summer 2027 with the possibility of extension.

Your daily work

Your work will be as support for 2-3 students in the upper grades. The students need guidance in the communities and scaffolding in tasks related to teaching. You will work closely with the teaching team to create the best possible conditions for the students' learning and well-being. The hours can be connected to teaching and supervision.

What you need to be able to do

We prefer that you have a pedagogical education, but we also view positively other professional or experiential competencies.

• Strong abilities in communication with people from different backgrounds/perspectives

• A resource-oriented view of children
• Structured, written and with an overview

You must possess interest and motivation to work with inclusion - even when it seems difficult. In addition, you must be diligent, collaborative, and reliable.

Welcome to your new workplace

Nordregård School is a well-functioning two-track school with about 350 students from kindergarten through 9th grade and 50 engaged staff. The school is phase-divided, and teachers and pedagogues work in year-group teams with scheduled time for team meetings.

The school is located in the western part of the municipality with good transport connections. It is easy to get here by car or bike. Tårnby station is a few minutes' walk from the school.

Salary and terms of employment

The employment is conducted in accordance with the applicable agreement with BUPL after negotiation.

The municipality's recruitment policy implies that references are obtained from previous and current places of employment upon hire. If you have been employed by Tårnby Municipality, a reference will always be taken from here. In addition, upon hire, a criminal record certificate and a child protection clearance must be presented. Employment will be conditional on these being satisfactory.
