On behalf of Bluefin Sushi Odense, we are seeking a skilled, engaged and detail-oriented sushi chef for the team.
Arbejdsopgaver
- Preparation and plating of sushi and other Japanese specialties in accordance with the restaurant's concepts.
- Ensuring high flavor quality, aesthetically pleasing presentation and freshness in all dishes.
- Compliance with applicable hygiene standards, self-monitoring and cleaning in the kitchen.
Vi forventer, at du
- Have solid experience as a sushi chef and knowledge of the Japanese craft.
- Are precise, fast and have an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Can work independently and maintain an overview in a busy environment.
- Are responsible, reliable and flexible regarding working hours.
