The work concerns components for technical machines and plants, so it matters that the welding is not just good enough. The role suits you if you can roll up your sleeves and at the same time have the calm to check your own work. You will have a daily routine where pre-work, welding and post-work go hand in hand, and where quality assurance is a natural part of the job - not something that only comes afterward.

Everyday: MAG, MIG, MMA and quality assurance

Your everyday The components follow a clear flow from preparation to welding and on to post-processing. You work with MAG, MIG and MMA, and you must be able to stay cool when the welding needs to be both neat and durable. When the component is finished, you check your own work before it goes further in the production.

You will among other things work with

• MAG, MIG and MMA welding
• Pre-work and preparation of components
• Post-work and quality assurance
• Welding in carbon steel or stainless steel

Here it makes sense to be thorough. The parts are part of technical plants, where small errors can be costly later, so you should be the type who would rather say something too many times than deliver something half.

We are looking for someone who can check most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the craft. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a welder, preferably around 2 years or more
• Can weld MAG, MIG and MMA
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something does not add up

It is an advantage if you have worked in production or machine manufacturing before. But the most important is that you can weld properly and have respect for the finished result.
