At Privathjælpen Holstebro we are looking for a nurse who wants to be a visible and present professional resource for our employees and help ensure the quality of the assistance we provide to our citizens.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a daily routine where you handle various tasks related to coordination and planning, and who is motivated to create coherence between professional knowledge and daily practice.

You should be the person that employees can turn to when they need professional sparring, training, or help handling a matter with a citizen.

It is not expected that you have all the answers in advance, but you should be keen to find them together with the staff and help create a daily life with high professionalism, safety, and quality.

What will your tasks be?

You will have a varied daily life with both professional, coordinating, and developmental tasks.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Help with daily coordination, planning, and follow-up in Nexus together with the planners.
• Ensure the quality of the health-related tasks we handle under delegation from the district nursing service.
• Participate in joint visits with employees when there is a need for professional guidance or on-the-job training, or when there is a need for us to assess the citizen ourselves before contacting the nursing service.
• Follow up on adverse events (UTH) with a focus on learning and on how we prevent similar events from occurring again.
• Follow up on action instructions and 24-hour rhythm plans and ensure there is professional coherence in the citizens' care and support.
• Follow the documentation in Nexus and respond with curiosity and professionalism when something requires follow-up.
• Help monitor citizens' care journeys and assess whether citizens are placed in the right course.
• Participate in citizen conferences, staff and team meetings and contribute with professional input and sparring.
• Be close to the staff and provide teaching, training, and mentoring, and continuously review relevant professional procedures.
• Contribute to meeting the requirements of the Elderly Act and help implement upcoming changes in the health sector.
• Be the lead on professional and organizational development initiatives and help translate good ideas into daily solutions.
• Participate in school-based training forums at the social and health schools.

The tasks span a wide range, but common to them is that you help create coherence, support the staff's professional development, and ensure that citizens receive the right help.

Working hours and start date

The position is 34 hours per week, but can be 30 or 37 hours, agreed in collaboration with you.

Starting as soon as possible, but we are happy to wait for the right person.

Privathjælpen Holstebro is the only private provider of home care and practical assistance in Holstebro Municipality. We help more than 600 citizens across Holstebro Municipality.

We have a collective agreement with KA Pleje and FOA. If you have a pension scheme with PKA or elsewhere, it can continue under the applicable terms as outlined in KA Pleje and FOA's collective agreement.
