At the Bakkebo Care Center we are seeking an engaged and professionally skilled nurse for a permanent position. The position is advertised as a full-time role; more precise hours can be agreed, but a minimum 32 hours per week with start date of January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

A little about Bakkebo

Bakkebo is a care center with 47 places, distributed across 42 nursing homes and 5 temporary residential places (MTO). Of the nursing homes, 8 are located in the Havehuset , where we have a special focus on residents with dementia.

Your role with us

Your primary task will be to develop and strengthen the dementia-related work, with a special focus on Havehuset. With your clinical leadership, you help ensure high nursing quality, create coherence in the effort and support that professional assessments are translated into good everyday solutions.

You support staff to base their practice on the individual resident's life history, resources and needs and to plan a daily routine that promotes safety, dignity and meaningful relationships.

That means you work closely with the other nurses in the house, share your professional knowledge and contribute to solving nursing tasks across the departments. We share responsibility to ensure quality and coherence in the care for all residents.

We are seeking a nurse who

• Has experience with or particular interest in the dementia field, and the ability to guide colleagues and translate professional knowledge into the development of practice.
• Works person-centered and sees the person behind the disease.
• Is professionally grounded and can maintain an overview in complex situations.
• Works independently, but thrives in shared responsibility and collaboration.
• Wants to guide, brainstorm with and support the professional development of colleagues.
• Meets residents, relatives and colleagues with respect, presence and a positive approach.
