Nurses wanted for Regional Acute Nursing in Kronjylland, Randers Regional Hospital

Do you want to help develop and shape the future of emergency nursing close to the citizens?

With the implementation of the health reform, emergency nursing is transferred from the municipalities to the region as of 1/1-27, and Emergency Nursing Kronjylland is established with coverage in all four municipalities - Randers, Norddjurs, Syddjurs and Favrskov.

We are looking for engaged and professionally competent nurses who want to help build and develop the new regional emergency nursing and create security for citizens around the clock.

The visitation function for both health and care placements and emergency nursing will become an integrated part of Emergency Nursing Kronjylland and anchored at Randers Regional Hospital. We therefore seek nurses who want to work as outreach emergency nurses and perform the visitation task.

As a nurse in Emergency Nursing Kronjylland you will become part of a new organization under Citizen-Centered Health. You will have a unique opportunity to help create the framework for a regional offering that will ensure high professional quality, coherent patient pathways, treatment in citizens' own homes, and contribute to preventing inappropriate hospital admissions in close collaboration with both the primary and secondary sectors.

Your tasks

• Undertake subacute and acute nursing interventions
• Carry out clinical observations and comprehensive nursing assessments
• Coordinate and perform observations, care and treatment of citizens
• Collaborate closely across sectors to ensure that observation, care and treatment are coherent.
• Contribute to the development of the regional emergency nursing

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience with the target group
• Have solid clinical competences and experience especially with the elderly medical patient
• Preferably relevant experience and possibly special training e.g. Borgernær, Acute
• Can work independently and thrive in an outreach role
• Thrive in interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration
• Hold a driving license for a passenger car
• Can work day and night shifts.
• Can work every 3rd weekend
