Nurses for permanent teams – Helhedsplejen Skælskør Centre

Would you like to take over the baton from one of our skilled nurses who is going to further their studies?

We are looking for an engaged and independent colleague who will step in and ensure the high quality of care in the citizen's home.

You will have a varied daily routine with both planned and acute nursing tasks, where your professional expertise makes a noticeable difference every day.

About the position

We are looking for capable nurses for fixed teams in the holistic care Skælskør area.

The positions are 32-37 hours per week, primarily day shifts, with the possibility of weekend shifts every 4th week.

• Registered nurse for a fixed position in the Centrum area
• Registered nurse for a maternity cover in the Vest area

As a nurse with us, you will be attached to a small team with nursing colleagues.

In holistic care we put the citizen at the center through strong interdisciplinary collaboration

As a nurse you will be an integral part of a team that includes social and health care assistants, social and health helpers, a therapist,

a planner and the area manager. Together we solve daily tasks across professional boundaries to ensure the best possible care and continuity for the citizen.

Other daily collaborators include dietitians, project nurses, development nurses, authorities and assistive device department.

You will also work with external partners such as the general practitioner, the on-call doctor and pharmacy, and not least continuation of treatment initiated in hospital departments, where the responsibility for treatment remains.

• are a trained nurse
• are independent and responsible
• have good pedagogical abilities and prioritize high-quality nursing – with the citizen at the center
• are familiar with ABCDE and ISBAR
• work and act independently according to applicable guidelines and instructions
• value healthcare documentation highly
• have a driving license and are willing to let the car be a daily part of your workplace
• are eager to collaborate both mono-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary

Salary and employment terms

Employment is according to the applicable agreement with DSR The monthly salary range for full-time and excluding pension lies between 31,521.78 DKK and 37,240.52 DKK.

It should be noted that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications.
