Talent Acquisition Specialist

Do you want to work with recruitment and human relations – and are you interested in all the behind-the-scenes activity when companies find the right employees? At MatchMind in Aalborg we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an initial 1-year temporary position with a good possibility of permanent employment. MatchMind is growing, and we therefore need another skilled colleague to the team. We imagine that you already have experience from the temp and/or recruitment industry, or from another relevant role where you have worked with people, relationships and coordination.

What does the job involve? You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs assessment and search to interviews, selection and hiring. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, and in many of our temporary and project roles it is you who assesses who is the right match and should start in the job.

You will become part of our team and will, among other things, work with

• Search on Jobnet, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Drafting of job postings and job analyses
• Screening, telephone interviews and in-person interviews
• Shortlisting and presentation of candidates
• Close dialogue with customers about needs, candidates and staffing
• Research, idea development and creative solutions when we need to find the right profiles

The work does not stop when the candidate starts. In many assignments, the candidate is employed through MatchMind in the initial period, and therefore you follow up continuously with both the client and the employee. It’s about ensuring that the match works in practice, that expectations align – and to respond quickly if adjustments are needed along the way.

We work with both temporary staff and permanent positions, so the pace is high – but we still go in depth when the task requires it. A large part of our work takes place on the phone, so it is important that you thrive with many daily dialogues and with delivering a professional and approachable service.

At the same time, the role requires that you can make decisions, stand by your assessments and maintain an overview when several recruitment processes run in parallel.

Who are you?

• You may already have experience from the temp and/or recruitment industry – alternatively you come with other relevant experience where you have worked with people, service, coordination or relationship building
• You are good with people, analytical and curious about new methods
• You have an eye for detail – but can also act quickly when required
• You are a team player – and eager to make a difference for both clients and candidates
• Relevant experience is an advantage, but if you are a recent graduate in HR, communications or similar and have the right personality, curiosity and willingness to learn, we would also like to hear from you
