Team Coordinator for our packing facility in Padborg

We are seeking a team coordinator, where the role primarily is to be a part of the daily operation on equal terms as the colleagues in the packing department. At the same time, the role will include a smaller administrative role without personnel or management responsibility. Therefore, as Team Coordinator you will be an active part of the daily operation and help to ensure an efficient flow of goods. You will also help ensure that the operation runs safely and efficiently, and that we continue to deliver high quality and service to our customers.

The work takes place in the packing department at a packaging line in a refrigerated area and consists, among other things, of cutting and emptying cardboard boxes containing frozen goods in display boxes with a strong focus on quality control.

Do you have experience with warehouse or production work, and do you thrive on taking responsibility and coordinating in a busy everyday life? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

Your tasks

• Help ensure that production runs as efficiently as possible
• Keep the inventory up to date
• Ensure that all procedures are followed
• Act as the link to the warehouse and the technical department

Your profile

• Has high drive and a can-do attitude
• Danish spoken and written
• Takes responsibility and works independently
• Is structured, quality-conscious and has an eye for detail
• Has good collaboration skills and thrives on cross-organizational collaboration
• Is good at maintaining an overview in a busy everyday life
• Good IT skills
• Forklift license is a plus, not a requirement
