Team Coordinator - Recycling Center in Tarm

We are seeking a structured and service-minded team coordinator to ensure the daily operations at the recycling site in Tarm. You will be the link between employees and the operations manager and actively participate in the site's work.

Your tasks

• To integrate safety into daily work.
• Daily operations and guidance on the site
• Planning of the shift roster during holidays and illness in the team.
• You will be the link between the recycling site and the transshipment.
• Logistics, planning and overview of resources
• Coordinate the practical tasks on the site
• Use of PC and smartphone for planning and recording
• You will be part of a work plan with shifting shifts in the time frame 07:00 – 18:30
• You work every other Saturday 09:00 – 16:30

Brief about Recycling and the position.

Recycling in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality is organized into three areas: Authority, Household Waste and Operations.

Operations is responsible for the municipality's 10 recycling sites – four larger sites in the central towns and six smaller sites in the rural areas.

Tarm Recycling Site is also responsible for Skjern Gren Site and Bork Recycling Site.

As a team coordinator you will function as a guide at the recycling site and have responsibility for daily operations. You will be the one who leads and allocates tasks, leads by example and implements new initiatives, workflows and methods in the team. In Recycling we work across the municipality and solve tasks together. We have a strong focus on safety, as the work at recycling sites involves many diverse tasks and a high number of visitors each day. In addition to guiding citizens, we also handle a number of practical tasks, including minor craft tasks.

Salary and employment terms

• Salary according to applicable collective agreement
• 37 hours
• A forklift certificate is an advantage (not a requirement)
