At itm8 we are looking for a Teamlead for our Device Management team. A role for you who are motivated by creating wellbeing, development and results through other people, but who at the same time understands the technical reality in which the team operates.

You will lead a team of skilled specialists who every day help our customers create secure, stable and modern device environments. Together you ensure high quality in project deliveries, develop our standard services and create good experiences for customers.

You do not need to be the strongest technical specialist in the team. Instead you should be curious about the area, understand the dynamics of the IT industry and want to be close to both people, operations and development.

Your role

As Teamlead you will be responsible for a team of 15 teammates spread across Denmark and the Czech Republic. You report to the Head of Workplace and become an important part of the continued development of both people, collaboration and our Device Management service.

You create direction, remove obstacles and help the team succeed. At the same time you work closely with the team, colleagues and customers to ensure high quality and a strong customer experience.

Your key areas of responsibility will include

• Drive the daily people management with focus on wellbeing, development, sparring and performance
• Create engagement and cohesion in a team distributed across multiple locations and countries
• Ensure the right prioritization and resource allocation in close collaboration with colleagues and management
• Contribute to the development of our Device Management service with focus on quality, scalability and customer value
• Be close to the business, the customers, and the technical reality in which the team operates, as well as support project coordination and contribute to an overview and progress in deliveries.

• Have experience with people management or
• Have experience from the IT industry and understand the work in a technical specialist environment

• Have interest in, and preferably experience with, Device Management, Endpoint Management or Microsoft Intune
• Communicate naturally in both Danish and English and build trust across the organization
