Team Leader for Group Finance

Then you might be our new Team Leader in Group Finance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE PART OF

As a team leader you will have overall process ownership for a specific area of the Group's financial transactions across the more than 20 companies within the group.

We are looking for an experienced leader who thrives on watching the team flourish and develop. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of eight specialists who every day deliver an important and value-creating contribution to the group.

In addition, you will lead from the front in daily operations and be the professional focal point for the team. With a natural overview you create structure, set direction and ensure that tasks are completed with high quality and on time.

At the same time you will be a central player in the continued development of the finance function, where standardization, digitization and efficient processes are high on the agenda.

You will join the Finance Service Center’s team leadership group as a whole responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable management as well as banking transactions and vehicle registrations, etc.

Your operational tasks are

• Lead, motivate and develop the team and ensure clear priorities and high quality on time.
• Take ownership of significant financial processes for the group.
• Drive standardization, automation and optimization of core processes in the department and across Group Finance.
• Ensure implementation of processes during acquisitions and integration of new companies.
