Team Leader for Group Finance

Then you might be our new Team Leader in Group Finance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE A PART OF

As team leader you will have overall process ownership for a specific area of the group's financial transactions across the group's more than 20 companies.

We are looking for an experienced leader who thrives when the team blossoms and develops. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of eight specialists, who every day deliver an important and value-creating contribution for the group.

In addition you will lead in daily operations and be the professional pivot for the team. With a natural overview you create structure, set direction and ensure that tasks are solved with high quality and on time.

At the same time you will become a central player in the continued development of the finance function, where standardization, digitalization and efficient processes are high on the agenda.

You will join the Finance service center's team leadership team as a whole, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable management as well as bank transactions and registration of vehicles etc.

Your operational tasks are

• Lead, motivate and develop the team and ensure clear priorities and high quality on time.
• Take ownership of significant financial processes for the group.
• Drive standardization, automation and optimization of core processes in the department and across Group Finance.
• Ensure implementation of processes during acquisitions and integration of new companies.
