Team Leader for Netto Logistics – Evening shift for DRY terminal’s goods reception.

For Netto Køge’s goods reception at the DRY Terminal, which is staffed by about 25 employees, we are seeking a team leader who with a solid operational overview in combination with strong managerial skills can be the anchor for both the production, the employees and the operations leads on our evening shift in dry grocery goods reception. It is very important that you can see yourself in an environment with tight deadlines, high tempo and quick decisions.

It will be your responsibility to ensure operational execution and compliance with the department's KPIs. In addition, to ensure that we maintain a constant focus on procedures, error handling, email correspondence, piece differences, optimization of processes, visible leadership for the evening shift employees and for the respective operations leads on the day and night shifts.

You will work closely with the department manager and the operations leads, where together you ensure the daily production and cross-cutting improvement activities for the terminal.

The job

We set requirements for you and your managerial competencies, as you will have responsibility for employees as well as the operations leads. You can expect influence and co-determination and, in cooperation with your department head and the operations leads in the department, you will ensure the execution of the day’s production.

• Have a keen eye for continuous improvements and compliance with the department's KPIs.
• Are motivated to deliver the best service to Netto’s stores.
• Your results come through motivating and developing your employees.
• Can work independently – of course with the necessary backup from your immediate supervisor.
• Have experience with, or at least curiosity about, collaboration with the trades unions.
• Are strong in process optimization and preferably have knowledge of SAP/Astro.

Your skills may have been acquired in several places, including within Supply Chain, logistics, retail or elsewhere. We prefer a combination of relevant education and practical experience.

It is important that you can work and function in the evenings, as you must be a role model for your colleagues. The working hours are from 15:00 to 23:00 Monday to Thursday and 14:30 to 22:00 Friday. Leadership experience will be weighted highly.
