Team Leader for Warehousing & Logistics

At Troldtekt we are seeking a team leader for our finished goods warehouse in Troldhede. We are looking for an operational leader who leads from the front, creates results side by side with their team and takes clear responsibility for safety – every day. You will help cultivate a strong safety culture, where we take good care of ourselves and each other – even when the pace is fast. Does that sound like something for you?

You will be responsible for a team of seven employees and become a key player in the ongoing development of our warehousing and logistics function. Among other things you will play a central role in the implementation of our new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Your everyday

You develop the employees, create structure and follow up on performance, but you are first and foremost a visible leader close to the daily operations. You lead from the front, take responsibility and put safety first – every day and in all decisions.

Your tasks will include

• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team
• Ensure safe, efficient and stable warehouse operations
• Actively participate in daily operations and ongoing prioritization of tasks
• Create structure, overview and good working routines
• Drive improvements of processes and workflows
• Contribute to the implementation and anchoring of the new WMS
• Ensure strong collaboration with production, planning and other functions

The role is approximately 50% management and 50% operations.

Who are you?

You have experience from warehousing, logistics or supply chain and have hands-on management experience of employees. Perhaps you are a team leader, supervisor or warehouse manager today. The most important is not your title, but that you can combine clear leadership with operational understanding.

• Are the type who solve problems on the shop floor rather than behind a screen
• Have experience with leading employees
• Have solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
• Are strong in change management and implementation
• Have worked with WMS or larger digitization projects
